All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. The return process and associated costs may vary depending on your location. Please see below for more details.
Malaysian Customers: Easy, No-Cost Returns!
For our valued customers in Malaysia, we’ve partnered with a local returns service to provide a hassle-free experience at no additional cost to you. Simply visit our Returns Portal to begin the process. We offer convenient drop-off services at numerous locations throughout Malaysia.
International Customers:
For customers outside of Malaysia, please send an email to info@naturallyspeaking.com with your full order number to initiate a return. You will be asked to send the package back to our Malaysian warehouse. Please ensure you include the provided reference number on the package:
Naturally Speaking Returns
T2-33a-12, South Brooks, Jalan Residen Utama 7, Desa Parkcity, 52200, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot reimburse for lost return items.
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive and process your return, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Condition of Returns:
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of use or damage.
Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair care products unless they are defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
