Shipping & Delivery
At Naturally Speaking, we strive to get our premium hair care products to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us:
Order Processing:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Methods:
We currently ship to all states within Malaysia. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress on our website or the courier’s website.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over RM150.
Delivery Times:
While we strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia: 1-5 business days
East Malaysia: 4-12 business days
These times are in addition to our 1-3 business day processing time.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Delivery Attempts:
If nobody is available to receive the package, the courier will typically make two more delivery attempts. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the package may be returned to our facility.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Custom Duties and Taxes:
For international shipments (if applicable), customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by their country’s customs office.
